I just finished using it today putting up gutter guard on the new gutters on my home, and I have to tell you, it was worth EVERY penny. I researched different ladder companies and their accessories online, and drove all over town to all the well-known home improvement stores, and you folks are the only ones on the planet that seem to have a ladder standoff attachment that really works, and offers the standoff spacing people really need. Our Ladder–Max arrived on Friday, very fast shipping. We used it yesterday to repair a gutter leak and found it to be all you described!!! Easy to use, safe and well designed. We are very happy to have purchased this wonderful unit, as there is nothing else like it on the market. It really protects our gutters from damage from the ladder leaning against it and I look forward to washing my windows safely and cleaning the gutters in the fall using the Ladder- Max!!! I finally got a chance to use the Ladder-Max Stand-off Stabilizer today. I think it should be illegal to sell a ladder without this device. I’m totally impressed. Stabilizer is the key term here. I think you would have a hard time getting the ladder to fall, at least side to side that is. I even tried the ultimate NO NO…the lean to one side and all I can say is WOW! I put up a 25 ft. gutter today…by myself and I couldn’t have done it without the Ladder-Max. I do have to get accustomed to the extra weight up there but I truly love this product. I received my Ladder-Max yesterday, put it together right away, and put it on my ladder. I used the Ladder-Max today to clean out my house gutters of tree seeds. It worked as advertised. I purchased a Ladder-Max for use in maintaining my log home. I am using it on both a 32 foot heavy duty extension ladder and a medium duty 24 foot extension ladder. I found that the product works very well and allows me to get to areas I could not reach before. I have attached two photos. The first shows how I can now reach the fascia and overhang without having to reach back behind my head. The second shows the ladder spanning a lower roof section so that I can work on a shed dormer. The Ladder-Max has made my job a lot easier and safer. I used to dread climbing my extension ladder. Ipods have changed the way we listen to music. I think ladder-max will change the way we use ladders. Lets face it, for the average homeowner putting a ladder on the roof equates to avisit to the dentist. Ladder-max makes it a much safer and easier to accomplish any chore that requires a ladder.
